HSXY is all about changing the way we see sexy, especially when you’re living with Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Too often, people with HS are made to feel like their scars make them less worthy of love, confidence, or even desire. We’re here to flip that.

This calendar was created to celebrate the strength, beauty, and boldness of real HS warriors through powerful, artistic photography. It’s not just about awareness—it’s about taking our stories back and showing that sexy has never been about perfect skin. It’s about showing up fully, scars and all.
